The Role:

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team and nurture relationships with our Health and Fitness clients. You will work alongside two other Account Managers, leveraging your deep understanding of the Health and Fitness industry—ideally from previous experience in a gym or similar role. You’re a bubbly people-person who loves building genuine relationships and is comfortable engaging in conversations, whether over the phone, in meetings, or on Google Meet.

This role is a full-time salaried role, based in our Kangaroo Point office in Brisbane. Please do not apply unless you are willing to work in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Lead Generation Strategy
• Creative Direction
• Industry Trends
• Production/Design Team Briefing
• Client Budgets & Results Management

Account Management:

• Project ownership and management
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients
• Conduct online and in-person meetings with clients
• Provide exemplary communication via phone and email
• Support fellow Account Managers where needed

Hands-On Tasks:

• Build Meta advertising campaigns
• Update and review Google Ads
• Develop high-converting copy
• Create marketing automations
• Build and send email marketing campaigns

2+ Years experience in some of the below is preferable:

• Digital marketing
• Account management
• Lead generation
• Meta (Social Media) paid media advertising
• Google paid media advertising
• Google Analytics
• Website CMS
• Creative copywriting
• Zapier automations
• Email marketing
