KYCK Social Tracker – Data Deletion

1. Overview

KyckSocialTracker allows authorised users to request deletion of Meta-derived data in accordance with Meta Platform requirements.

2. What Data Is Deleted

Upon deletion, we remove:

Connected Meta account data

Page and Instagram account identifiers

Advertising and performance data

Stored comments, messages, and reviews

Associated access tokens

3. When Data Is Deleted

Data deletion occurs when:

A Meta account or page is disconnected

A staff user account is removed

A deletion request is submitted

4. How to Request Deletion

Deletion requests can be submitted via:

Please include:

App name: KyckSocialTracker

Associated email address

Meta Page or account to be removed

5. Deletion Timeline

All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of request or disconnection.

6. Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, access tokens are revoked and data cannot be recovered.
