Kyck Pty Ltd (“Kyck”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the KyckSocialTracker application (“the App”). KyckSocialTracker is an internal-use software platform designed for authorised Kyck agency staff to manage, publish, and analyse social media content and advertising across Meta platforms.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information accessed through the App, including data obtained via Meta APIs.

3. Scope of This Policy

This App is:

For internal agency use only

Accessible by invitation only

Not available to the general public

This policy applies solely to authorised Kyck staff and administrators using KyckSocialTracker.

4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information Provided by Meta Platforms

Through approved Meta permissions, the App may access and store:

Facebook Page IDs

Instagram Business Account IDs

Ad Account IDs

Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data

Organic post performance data

Comments, messages, and reviews

Creative assets such as images and videos

Leads generated via Meta lead forms

Insights and analytics data

Access tokens required to maintain authorised connections

We do not collect personal data directly from end users of Facebook or Instagram beyond what is required to perform the App’s core functions.

4.2 User Authentication Data

Users authenticate using:

Email and password, or

Google authentication

Accounts are invite-only and restricted to authorised Kyck personnel.

5. How We Use Data

Data accessed via Meta APIs is used strictly for:

Managing Facebook and Instagram pages

Publishing organic posts

Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns

Managing comments, messages, and reviews

Viewing insights and performance analytics

Internal reporting and benchmarking

Ad optimisation and performance analysis

Data is not used for profiling unrelated individuals, resold, or shared with third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security
6.1 Storage Location

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase services hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.

6.2 Encryption

Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption

Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS and TLS

Encryption keys are managed by Google’s Key Management Service

6.3 Access Control

Access is limited to authorised Kyck staff

Access tokens are short-lived and automatically rotated

Tokens expire automatically and are revoked when access is removed

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade data.
We do not share Meta-derived data with third parties, except where required to operate Firebase infrastructure or comply with legal obligations.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to support App functionality, including:

While a Meta account, page, or ad account remains connected

While an internal staff user remains authorised

Data is not retained indefinitely.

9. Data Deletion

Data is deleted when:

A Meta account or page is disconnected

A staff user is removed

A deletion request is submitted

All associated Meta-derived data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Children and Age Restrictions

KyckSocialTracker is intended for users aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
