KYCK Social Tracker – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KyckSocialTracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
KyckSocialTracker is an internal agency platform used by Kyck staff to:
Manage Facebook and Instagram pages
Create and manage Meta advertising
Publish organic social media content
Manage comments, messages, and reviews
Access insights and analytics
The App integrates with Meta Platforms using approved APIs and permissions.
3. Eligibility
Use of the App is restricted to:
Authorised Kyck employees and contractors
Users aged 18 years or older
Accounts are invite-only and may not be shared.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
Use the App only for authorised business purposes
Comply with Meta Platform Terms and policies
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
5. Access and Termination
Kyck may suspend or terminate access:
At its sole discretion
Without notice
If employment or engagement ends
If misuse or security risks are identified
6. Third-Party Services
The App relies on:
Meta Platforms APIs
Google Firebase and Google Cloud services
Kyck is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Kyck makes no warranties regarding:
Availability
Accuracy of data
Performance results
Fitness for a particular purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Kyck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Kyck’s total liability is limited to the extent required under Australian law
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
